Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and your account:

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier from Firebase Authentication. If you use Sign in with Apple's private-relay email, we only ever see that relay address.
• Purchase & entitlement data: the coin packs and trivia packs you own, and purchase records processed through the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full card or payment details.
• Support content: if you contact support or report a bug from inside the App, we store the messages and any files you choose to attach so we can help you.
• Basic device & diagnostic data: standard technical information (such as app version and error logs) used to keep the App working and fix problems.

Information we do not collect

Shababeek does not serve third-party advertising and contains no advertising SDKs. We do not sell your personal information. Motion/activity sensor access, where granted, is used only to enhance gameplay on your device and is not collected, stored, or transmitted.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Create and secure your account and sync your owned packs and coin balance across your devices.
• Process and validate in-app purchases and restore them when you reinstall.
• Respond to your support requests and fix bugs.
• Maintain, protect, and improve the App.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Authentication) — sign-in and account identity.
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase validation and entitlement management.
• Apple App Store & Google Play — payment processing for purchases.
• Email delivery provider — sending you support and transactional messages.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@shababeek.app. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Children's privacy

Shababeek is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@shababeek.app and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the App.
