These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shababeek mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store terms you accepted when downloading it.
Accounts
Some features require an account created through Google, Apple, or email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Coins and in-app purchases
The App offers virtual coins and trivia packs available for purchase. Coins are a consumable virtual item with no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or the relevant store's policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or infringe the rights of others.
Content rights
The App, its trivia content, artwork, design, and trademarks are owned by Elias Naffaa or licensed for use, and are protected by intellectual property laws. The App does not contain, show, or access third-party content that requires separate rights or authorization. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
